Dr. Lee Thomas was born and raised in Akron, Ohio. He was very active as an athlete, playing several sports, including golf, volleyball, and track and field. He attended The Ohio State University, where he graduated with a degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Human Nutrition. After graduating, he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic to complete his doctorate as a Chiropractor. linebreak linebreak

During his time practicing in Florida, he was the wellness doctor for 12 schools throughout Orlando, Florida. He also served as team chiropractor for the Southwest Florida Adrenaline, a PDL soccer team in Naples, Florida. linebreak linebreak

Dr. Thomas is the host of Maximize Your Health Radio on 98.9FM and 880AM, which airs state-wide throughout Ohio. He is a wellness physician for Team USA Judo, Weightlifting, Wrestling, and Paralympic Volleyball. He has recieved advanced training from top corrective clinics throughout the U.S. and Canada. As a Maximized Living Doctor, he is also certified in nutrition, exercise and detoxification. Along with his wife, Tristan, his goal is to empower families and athletes to live radically healthy lives. linebreak

Tristan was born in Atlanta, Georgia, however after a few years moved to Ohio with her family. She graduated from Ohio State, where she received a bachelors degree in economics and business. During the time that she spent with Dr. Thomas as he was completing his doctorate, she realized the passion he held for helping people by restoring not only their health but their hope and love for life. Sharing this desire, she became a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and joined the office where she and her husband deliver the five essentials of Maximized Living. linebreak linebreak

When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and serving the community by spreading health awareness. She leads a very physical lifestyle. She loves hot yoga, running, barre3, title boxing, and crossfit. She believes that workouts should be like life- full of hardwork and perserverance yet fun, rewarding, and always full of variety!
